Verkada has been an incredible place to work in the year I’ve been here. I’m an Enterprise rep with 5 years of experience- Those who hustle see handsome returns as a result and those who don’t are vetted out. The company is on a mission to hire top talent (they waste 0 time with BS) and I’ve seen some of the most talented salespeople come through training than I have at either of my last two companies. Internal resources (sales enablement especially) are better than both the large SaaS companies I’ve been with and they prioritize equipping reps with skills needed to succeed. I’ve heard some stories about early day growing pains and bad new hires, but as of Dec 2023, I’m more inspired than ever by the talent around me. I think I have the possibility to make a killing here and recommend Enterprise Sales to anyone who asks

Team is great. Product is phenomenal. Great incentives and good rewards. Quotas are incredibly high and channel support is minimal, there is a reason there is a massive quota attainment issue company wide.
