Guys, I have been with this company for just over a year. If there is ANYTHING you can do for yourself - DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY. The leaders are all ABSOLUTE pricks. They have absolutely no regard for reps. You are nothing but a number. You will spend SO MUCH time and EFFORT trying to close your deals, and the money you will make is PEANUTS. Completely opposite to what they will promise you through the interview process. I can NOT wait to be hired by another company. Stay away folks, this company is absolute crap.

My experience has been great. The company rewards its sales folks if you perform well. Direct leadership is supportive and is focused on growing its Enterprise sales teams.
