If you have active accounts in a good territory that invoice consistently, then you’ll make decent money. If you’re in a growth role, good luck surviving on the base while you try to find new business. In growth, you’ll be in desperation mode to find business and have zero inbound help.

Quota expectations are ridiculously high.
