Like a lot of other sales orgs, your success is largely dependent on factors that are out of your control (territory, whether or not you are SLED). Definitely a great place to start your sales career especially right out of college - so far it has been on par with friends in consulting and finance from a W-2 perspective.

Great to get your foot in the door with tech, terrible for longevity. Company is ran by a bunch of Nepo hires and they only care about numbers.
