Overall, the company over promises and under delivers. Base pay is below market, and if you aren’t a SLED/Public Sector AE, quota attainment will be a fantasy. In addition to that, you will have to be in the office every day, and the most ridiculous aspect is that they recruit reps from the East coast, make them move to the west coast, and give them East coast territories. Which means, you’re in the office from 6am to 2pm. This company is absurd.

Quotas are high. Territories are small. Your territory will get split regardless of whether you're hitting. Massive difference between selling SLED and Corporate accounts.
