Culture is either you fit, or you do not. Very metrics-oriented with a focus on winning at all costs. Very 'sharky' behaviour. Never felt like I was anything but the numbers I put up.

Do not work here. Nothing is worth the micromanagement. Work life balance doesn’t exist. You are barred from taking vacation 6 months out of the year if in a sales position.
