Former Employee2.6Jul 18, 2023This culture is pretty toxic in some areas. Very much “what have you done for me lately” and a lot of favoritism. Paying people half their commission a year later is just a way to not pay reps for their work. They try to find every excuse not to pay reps for deals.

Current Employee2.0Dec 18, 2023Decent market fit, however, more players are breaking into the market (BigID, Cyera, etc.). Cloud offering is still very much lacking. Poor culture/leadership and as a result, losing a lot of good talent.
