Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee There are some fantastic team leads, but the overall management of the SDR org is obsessed with tracking activity, working in office, and dialing as much as possible. SDRs will be given PIPs if not hitting quota after the 3-month ramp period. Quotas are the same regardless of your territory, so it's a luck of the draw between a great team lead and territory, or a historic underperformer with constant turnover. Recently, SDR>Commercial rep timeline was switched from 6-8 months to 18-24, and starting Jan 1, 2024, all SDRs are in-office 5 days a week. Fed team is fantastic, however. Browse Other Reviews
