Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Product is top notch, and most of the people are great, but the company as a whole is held back by horrible leadership. With few exceptions, field-level management is just there to be taskmasters and major account reps to take important deals away because they don't know how to lead a team. Executive leadership is weak, make short-term decisions at the expense of what's best, and don't care in the slightest about the "little people."
