Great product, not enough market visibility and difficult for some customers to implement quickly.

This culture is pretty toxic in some areas. Very much “what have you done for me lately” and a lot of favoritism. Paying people half their commission a year later is just a way to not pay reps for their work. They try to find every excuse not to pay reps for deals.
