Great training, below market pay. Has a constant cycle of hiring straight out of college then promoting them to mid market SMB which has a high turnover instead of paying good reps more.

Very difficult to achieve quota. Management is not helpful at all. Good product, really expensive, no help getting leads from marketing or management.

Probably the best company in the world to start as a BDR. There is nowhere that will invest in your initial training, along with your continued development, as seriously Varonis does.

Strong Product. Solves Enterprise level problems. Deal cycles can be long. I've had two best earnings years in my career here. 2023 Comp plan is bad with quota buckets for certain products. Must fill these buckets to hit accelerators.
