Roll of the dice if you get a bad manager or territory your days of success are numbered. Good reps and good territory can make you a lot of $, Good manager can make the job relaxed. Bad rep bad territory - good luck coming close to quote or making more than maybe 70k. Bad manager you'll be micro managed every day, activity watched like a hawk, you'll be told to make things happen that are out of your control. Every day in office with little to no flexibility. Great people, office culture is cool.

Amazing, incredible training. Great product for enterprise but very challenging for smb/mid-market. Product is top and comparable to none in its field.

Product is top notch, and most of the people are great, but the company as a whole is held back by horrible leadership. With few exceptions, field-level management is just there to be taskmasters and major account reps to take important deals away because they don't know how to lead a team.
