Product and leads kept me busy. Leadership was counterproductive at times toward the end of the sales cycle. Sales cycle was very structured, but often mismanaged based on expectations.

Very difficult to achieve quota. Management is not helpful at all. Good product, really expensive, no help getting leads from marketing or management.

Varonis is great for the self-starter mentality sales person. Inbound opportunities are far and few between so engagement has to be high. Varonis is well know but the challenges are a high price tag to protect data.

Very cult-like experience: you really have to drink the Varonis Kool-Aid if you want to be successful, regardless of how hard you work. Favoritism/Nepotism is extremely prevalent (especially in the region I was in) - if you're not a "favorite" on your team, expect to stay a year or less.
