Great product market fit. Lots of competitors and some of the systems seem like they have broken as the business has scaled. All common startup challenges and overall a great place to work if you are willing to put in the work/hours.

I love bangs and Christina our ceo is amazing. We all rally behind her. It’s competitive but the culture is great.

The company was great in the early years and the team was super strong, but as time went on and more layers of management or layered in, it wasn’t great and culture was muddied.
