Product lacks innovation and a lot of sales motions feels like pushing the same stuff just packaged differently.

Current Employee4.6Sep 26, 2023My overall experience at VMware is positive, it is a great company with a great culture. Lots of benefits that add to your salary. Pay is not the best in the market but certainly not the worst for the role it’s very good and targets are achievable.
