Product lacks innovation and a lot of sales motions feels like pushing the same stuff just packaged differently.

The comp plan also includes 3x accelerator once over 150%. OTE is double the base salary. Quota is set for each half (bi-annual). Typical full-year enterprise quota is ~$4-5 million.
