Lots of promises for potential promotion, lots of new managers brought in who changed the culture, no promotions and pay was not great.

VMware invented vSphere which is literally used by every single Fortune 1000 company in the world. You get a conversation with every one of those companies and bundle other products with their renewals. Other than that, VMware is a very DEI and work-life-balance focused company (great work culture) but was/is an absolute mess from a product development perspective....Read More
