Overall experience spans 8+ years with what I consider a gradual decline or diminishment of culture and community-forward values as company growth and drive to acquisitions often resulted more in outside promotions into upper leadership roles instead of promoting from within. I am in EUC (End User Computing) leadership does not think outside of the box at all. Tough grind at the moment. I am actively looking elsewhere. It is not the company that I started with.
