My overall experience at VMware prior to the acquisition by Broadcom was excellent. Executive leadership, colleagues, culture, benefits was great! Unfortunately, that all changed with Broadcom…pendulum shifted completely on all levels.

if you like money, stay if you're able. layoffs come often and without warning. if anything other than money matters to you, you won't like it here.
