UserTesting was a great company until the acquisition and merger. Great product, definitely a need in the UX space. Too many layoffs, too many managers who only care about their checks, and sometimes unattainable quota. Provide quota relief for the sales team. The product is competing with other great products and teams who build solutions in house. Overall, my time there I learned a lot about the sales process and UX in general.

My overall experience has been good. There’s been transition over the last year that’s been challenging to navigate but the product and people are great.
