Former Employee4.3Jan 17, 2025Great product-market-fit, compensation, and people. Culture took a dip after the merger, core values changed. For a while, there were too many employees, account teams were unnecessarily crowded. A revolving door of leadership, initiative, and convictions made it feel like UT lost their way a bit, but there's still tons of good people in the organization.
