I came from the UserZoom side of the merger with UserTesting that happened in April of 2023 and had been there 4 years at that time. Lots changed when the merger happened that wasn't for the better of the culture, moral, or compensation and we were all impacted in one way or another. The idea of the merger seemed to be a great idea but it's going to take a lot to build that overall moral back because there are a lot of very unhappy people there right now.

UserTesting was a great company until the acquisition and merger. Great product, definitely a need in the UX space. Too many layoffs, too many managers who only care about their checks, and sometimes unattainable quota. Provide quota relief for the sales team.
