UserTesting was a great company, with a great culture. We merged with UserZoom and from a sales perspective, the merger was done all wrong. My overall experience was net positive. Once the merger with User Zoom was completed, the corporate culture began to deteriorate and senior leadership direction became unclear and ambiguous.
