UserTesting was a great company, with a great culture. We merged with UserZoom and from a sales perspective, the merger was done all wrong. Two separate platforms take a while to combine and it is just amazing how confusing customer expectations were managed. Left sales in a really bad position and its going to be a while before it would be a good company to work for again

Thoma Bravo merger has been disappointing, to say the least: unreasonable quotas, lacking communication and direction, GTM technology is confusing for customers

My overall experience was net positive. Once the merger with User Zoom was completed, the corporate culture began to deteriorate and senior leadership direction became unclear and ambiguous.
