The new sales SVP that came over from UserZoom is brining a bad sales culture that is built around submission and consistent white lies. A very big departure from the old UT sales cultures. The product is easy to sell to researchers, UT sales leaders are over optimistic regarding licenses fit for marketing teams verse research teams. The CTO and team have a long way to go regarding platform persona fit. Great company to join in 2026.

Targets have been not adjusted to new economic environment or market situation. Leadership did not support AEs but rather ducked their heads and requested to work more or harder instead of offering valuable advice. GTM strategy was completely off for the environment
