Good company overall. WFM (legacy Kronos), core HR and Payroll (legacy Ulti) products are solid but you will consistently lose to Workday if it's an HCM led engagement. Your success or failure in customer base sales heavily depends on your manager. Executive sales leadership appears to also prefer the new logo, and geographic sales model and rumor has it there will be consolidation in the coming fiscal year (Oct 1).

My experience at UKG was just okay but, the ongoing organizational changes with Leadership has brought on so much unanticipated change. This is not the well respected Ultimate Software and Kronos culture that was once praised. The PE ownership has changed everything and the opportunities for growth have gone out the window.
