My experience at UKG was just okay but, the ongoing organizational changes with Leadership has brought on so much unanticipated change. This is not the well respected Ultimate Software and Kronos culture that was once praised. The PE ownership has changed everything and the opportunities for growth have gone out the window. Do not join this organization as a BDR or SDR with hopes of growth and upward mobility.

Can’t say I would recommend working here. Culture is one of the worst I have ever been a part of. If that is not important to you then it’s a decent job.
