Can’t say I would recommend working here. Culture is one of the worst I have ever been a part of. If that is not important to you then it’s a decent job.

My experience at UKG was just okay but, the ongoing organizational changes with Leadership has brought on so much unanticipated change. This is not the well respected Ultimate Software and Kronos culture that was once praised. The PE ownership has changed everything and the opportunities for growth have gone out the window. Not bad but not great. Leadership was poor and management was not helpful. Overall company culture and benefits were great

Great pay, free benefits, 45% 401k match, generous RSU’s. Implementation and support issues are concerning. Also in a weird spot where we do too much to partner with an “ERP,” but we don’t have financials so we aren’t an ERP
