Current Employee2.6Sep 25, 2023The benefits and comp plan is very rewarding but that’s about it. Very political company that keeps you if they like you. Promotions are based off who management likes more and reps are let go based on the relationship they have with leadership. The sales process in the SMB space does not work and service for clients is awful.
