Lots of attrition. New logo sales reps are expected to have higher amounts of cold calls vs the BDR job description. The compensation can be great but the amount of work is immense and most of the top performers have a favorable territory.

Still trying to gain brand awareness… deal participation is lower than you’d expect. Expect to hunt for every opportunity unless you are connected in partner ecosystem. Earning potential is top notch for lower midmarket but you will have to work for it.
