Commission structure was excellent when I started but % payouts were cut each year to the point where the commission structure is no longer the competitive differentiator it once was. Still trying to gain brand awareness… deal participation is lower than you’d expect. Expect to hunt for every opportunity unless you are connected in partner ecosystem. Earning potential is top notch for lower midmarket but you will have to work for it.
