Commission structure was excellent when I started but % payouts were cut each year to the point where the commission structure is no longer the competitive differentiator it once was. Sales systems, contracts and pricing are chaotic - but the support and ops teams are helpful and diligent and overall a pleasure to work with. Despite merging 4 years ago, UKG still operates like 2 companies. New sales leadership may help rectify the situation.
