Current Employee4.3Aug 19, 2024I love working at UKG. I hope we improve our lead gen process, but what seller doesn't want that?
Current Employee2.6Jan 10, 2024High OTE but extremely low attainment, probably less than 20%. All attainers were from the same geographic territories.

Former Employee2.6Sep 14, 2023The base compensation is higher to attract AE’s from UKG’s competition. The training and management was entirely subpar and upper leadership put all the pressure on new AE’s to perform under limited guidance. Inbound leads virtually non-existent and they rely on corny webinars and cheap sales tactics to secure meetings, often leading to wasted time for their AE’s.

Current Employee4.0Aug 28, 2024Great pay, free benefits, 45% 401k match, generous RSU’s. Implementation and support issues are concerning. Also in a weird spot where we do too much to partner with an “ERP,” but we don’t have financials so we aren’t an ERP
