Ultimate software (pre merger) seemed to be the best place to go prior to becoming UKG. UKG has a great product, good benefits, however still has a very startup feel post merger - a lot of moving parts that don’t speak to each other yet…

Great culture and a lot of autonomy. The product is very powerful, yet very clunky and not designed to sell into mid-market. The implementation times are very long and unsophisticated buyers find the product a little daunting. Additionally, the CRM management is absolutely the worst. Lots of attrition. New logo sales reps are expected to have higher amounts of cold calls vs the BDR job description. The compensation can be great but the amount of work is immense and most of the top performers have a favorable territory.
