Leadership doesn't understand or respect enterprise sales. Enterprise sales leaders struggle to gather resources for their teams to be successful and to compensate, celebrate and develop their people. Keep an eye on Navan though - If the founders leave and a low-ego CEO takes over there will be a massive opportunity for enterprise sellers.

Navan is a great place for true sales hunters. If you're looking to coast, this isn't the place for you. It's a tough sales process. Great start for about 2 weeks. Culture is crazy, expectations are high. One person on the team would hit quota on a given month by the skin of their teeth. Often felt lied to with comp changes, quota changes, or various other things.
