Former Employee Great start for about 2 weeks. Culture is crazy, expectations are high. One person on the team would hit quota on a given month by the skin of their teeth. Often felt lied to with comp changes, quota changes, or various other things. Meet some great people and provided lunch wasn't the worst. the KPI's often promoted bad behavior of pestering people to take a meeting even when they do not have a need for the product, but you had to hit your weekly KPI's or there was a punishment for not doing so. Often times KPI's were measured out of reps control ie, conversations had. Often times promotions were granted to who buddied up to management and not necessarily who preformed the best. Training in the first month and then that is about it.
