If you're looking for a training camp to learn how to sell outbound deals, this place is for you. They are heavily invested in promoting and training from within, but beware the few make it and many leave before they get the chance. High risk but high reward culture. With this comes a bit of unfairness like comp plans constantly changing, methodologies changing, role changing, just a lot of constant change as the business constantly adapts to maximise their chances of hitting their goals.

Fun to start your career but once you start comparing to other companies, you realize how bad it can be.

Leadership is extremely toxic. I’ve seen bullying first hand by SDR managers as well as NN VP’s. Political game is more than 50% of the job. Would not recommend to anyone unless you’re strictly in it for the money.
