Leadership is extremely toxic. I’ve seen bullying first hand by SDR managers as well as NN VP’s. Political game is more than 50% of the job. Would not recommend to anyone unless you’re strictly in it for the money.

CEO is often going in circles with regard to direction. doesnt respect competitors enough. difficult to hit quota.

Not great. Favorites are picked by leadership, and they dedicate more time enabling individuals within who started as SDRs at the organization.
