Trend has a great culture. The leaders make time to listen and support you. It’s a stable company with a good balance sheet. Trend has not figured out the US market though. Very few inbound leads (especially in the Enterprise segment) and Trend refuses to put more money into marketing. Pay is lower than top cybersecurity competitors.

The sales organization is going through reorganization and reshaping itself. Pretty tough go until the go to market strategy is figured out to win in the US and other regions that aren’t AMEA or Japan.
