Best leadership the entire way up and the people working at Toast are amazing - at other orgs I have worked at there are usually a few bad apples both in leadership and in the org, but at Toast there has not been a single bad leader and the overwhelming vast majority of people working at Toast are good people

Toast is a fantastic product. Culture at Toast is also great. Base compensation is poor and role is extremely TAM dependent. AE's are also doing a lot of account management and picking up the slack for support on almost a daily basis. Comp plans are good but it takes a long time to get ramped.
