Current Employee Quotas are very high and not adjusted for location, and outside of major metropolitan areas it is a giant struggle in 2025.
The company is trying to find its footing in how to sell, and is engaging in Sandler which is a positive. But support for the AE team is dramatically lacking. No BDR's, tons of territory conflict with reduced territories and newly introduced teams (emerging markets aka non-English speaking, retail, hotels, e-comm, up-market accounts) along with not receiving credit for growth of existing accounts. Toast likes to call AE's the CEO of their territories, but you don't get credit for half of what is sold in your TAM.
Also, reiterating that support is abysmal. Too much invested in sales and not enough in the other major structure of the company. Browse Other Reviews
