Toast has a best in class product, but support challenges and market changes make it a challenge to sell. The sales org has great talent and development tools, but a monthly quota and quick average deal cycle can make for a stressful environment.

Good company, they care about their people but it really just depends on what market you get into and what your territory looks like. If you are interviewing for a less affluent area, then do not take the job or you will regret it
