Toast is a great job, the compensation is decent but those who have worked for the role have a way higher likelihood of happiness as they have alot more benefits because the way things are structured. Newer reps have a harder time to garner opportunities.

Toast has a best in class product, but support challenges and market changes make it a challenge to sell. The sales org has great talent and development tools, but a monthly quota and quick average deal cycle can make for a stressful environment.
