Base salary is low, but the earning potential is high if you hustle and hit your quota and bonuses. Great onboarding and training to prepare you for a steep learning curve, because the product suite is so extensive and constantly evolving.

There is so much upside to being a rep with Toast. The compensation structure is set up for you to make residual income on credit card margins which is a large part of your comp going past your 1st year. Most reps hit OTE and the product is top notch. Great culture, but need to be ready to work hard and be a leader in your market to drive inbounds and referrals

Senior Growth Account Executive, had and incredible 2023 and they increased quotas by over 30% and almost doubled head count. Very rough start to 2024 for the entire team.
