Back to ReviewsFormer Employee The people are great and I loved working alongside many brilliant coworkers. The hybrid model is nice and they provide free lunches everyday. Those things aside, unfortunately there is a lot wrong with the way this company is structured and ran.
The commission plan is an absolute nightmare. You don't get paid on your deals until they hit certain 'checkpoints' like 'going-live'. But good luck going live when the implementation team continuously drops the ball or there are integration issues out of your control.
The product has so many technical gaps it's sometimes near impossible to get the customer to demo. But when you find an ICP customer and the implementation goes well; the product can work as intended and these are the only happy customers.
The inbound flow is awful because the market is so saturated with similar solutions. The territories are distributed horribly. If you get a good one you're laughing to the bank.
Overall, the company has the potential to be great but they need to fix these problems ASAP otherwise all the reps are going to leave. We've verbalized them enough - now its time for change. Until then, I would look someplace else for work. Browse Other Reviews
