They use some scare tactics to drive selling. Having said that, product is still in demand and always get the tech wins. Channel is great and drives business but growth isn't taken seriously.

Mark Thurmond is also a great leader. The talent development pipeline is also exceptional at the commercial level with Jason Dondzil and his direct reports.

Former Employee3.1Mar 3, 2024Definitely good compensation here, good people in R&D, marketing and some other areas, however you can get screwed here as they manage thos company by spreadsheet. You can make platinum club but if they RIF you, so sorry. You can learn a lot here just make sure you know you will be gone in two years. They screw people on commissions regularly
