Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee TeamViewer has been trying to grow its enterprise team for the last 5 years but struggles with keeping consistent leadership in place in the sales organization. In the last 3 years there has been 2 complete overhauls of the leadership and sales management team. Tenured reps are the only AEs building pipeline and closing deals, but it’s becoming more difficult as the market is very fragmented with little differentiators. Leadership hired a new cohort of AEs in Sept 2024 that have yet to see a deal close in 8 months. The smb and webshop business is still going strong and seems to be the main life line of the business for the long term. Browse Other Reviews
