Salesforce is pushing for overly structured, monthly/quarterly performance, even at the enterprise/strategic level where sales cycles can go over a full year. At that point there is a high probability you lose the account, leading to purely transactional relationships.

10/10- you don’t want to work for a large company cause of all the BS, but Tableau is a diamond in the rough. There’s only a couple hundred employees and it’s a close knit group.

I really enjoyed my time in Tableau. The salary was not very competitive, however the product and company were great fun. Everything changed with the SFDC take over !….
