Culture seems to be getting better as the Salesforce execs who now lead Tableau pivoted to more of the Tableau magic which is agnostic and community driven. Comp is fair and achievable

Tableau + Salesforce is an amazing place to start ones Sales career. You will find higher base pay at other companies. Culture, benefits, 6month pat/mat leave, and ability to hit 75%> of quota keeps people around.

The people, the reps and the supporting teams, are wonderful. Tableau leadership is truly salesforce leadership, where most of the longtime tableau leaders have departed or "aligned" themselves the politics of the mothership.
