My time at T-Mobile was incredibly valuable for my personal growth, but the company is beginning to cut costs and our commission is worsening. As well, personally, I have had a bad time with leadership in my market. The company is great about PTO / leave / EAP though.

Territory dependent. Leadership is great. You get both RSUs and ESPPs.

Not good. Internal processes are bad. Everything is manual and cumbersome. Conflicting interests keep you from from being successful. Leadership doesn't care.
