My time at T-Mobile was incredibly valuable for my personal growth, but the company is beginning to cut costs and our commission is worsening. As well, personally, I have had a bad time with leadership in my market. The company is great about PTO / leave / EAP though.

It was a great company to work for before the merger. After the merger politics changed and room for growth was non existent.
