Not good. Internal processes are bad. Everything is manual and cumbersome. Conflicting interests keep you from from being successful. Leadership doesn't care.

There is a lot of infighting that takes place between the different Government Account Executives and Vertical Specialists as accounts are shared and split for compensation. This creates a hostile environment making it difficult to focus on selling.
